Mrs Kamdani is founder and Vice-Chairman of the Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia, Vice Chair of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chair of the Employers’ Association of Indonesia, President of the Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development, and Executive Board Member of the Indonesian World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF Indonesia). Mrs Kamdani has been recognized by the Asian Business Leadership Forum Abu Dhabi (2012), Forbes Asia’s 50 Power Businesswomen (2012 and 2013), Asia’s Leading Businesswoman of the Year Award (2013), and the Honore della Stella d’Italia from the Government of Italy (2013).

She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York in 1989. She completed executive education at Harvard Business School in 2002.

Rizal having over 19 years of Human Resources experience in various major multinational companies. He is the Country HR Leader/Director for 3M Indonesia. In this role, Rizal is and in charge in charge for reshaping 3M Indonesia HR functions to be able to strengthen and support the company aggressive growth in the next 5 years. Previously, Rizal was HR Director of Rabobank Indonesia where he experienced managing post-merger & acquisition process and contributed in leading change management, organization development, transformation process, culture building, and managing people related issues.

During his career, Rizal has proven track records and particularly instrumental in designing and executing the full spectrum of Human Resources strategic platforms, such as Talent Acquisition, Leadership/Talent Management, Competency Development, Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Business Process/Analyst, HR Information System, Employee Engagement, Industrial Relation, etc. Aside from Rabobank, Rizal gained the "top in class" experience from Citibank when he was appointed as VP Country HR for Citibank Indonesia and Microsoft when he was appointed as Country HR Manager for Microsoft Indonesia.

Rizal has wide networks in HR professional association especially in banking industry. He was one of the founding members of Indonesia Human Capital Forum that was under supervision of Indonesian Central Bank. Rizal was appointed as the first Secretary General of the forum and the appointed as the Advisor of the forum on the following year. Rizal is an active speaker in various local and regional HR conferences where he shares knowledge and experience to many HR professionals.

Herdy Harman

Graduated from the Bachelor of Law, University of Padjadjaran-Bandung, Herdy Harman began his career as a human resources manager at Telkom. In this company, he gained a many challenges and experiences. One was as an IPO team member and he successfully brought Telkom to the Telkom IPO on the NYSE. In the journey of his career at Telkom, he continued to develop himself by attending MBA Bandung/ Asian Institute of Management Philippines, then earned an LLM at the Washington College of Law, American University, Washington DC, USA. He held many strategic positions and handled a various area of work such as Logistic, Investor Relations, CEO Office, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs. Herdy is currently serving as Director of Human Capital Management in PT Telkomsel. With that role, he committed to building GREAT People.

Wiwik Wahyuni

He has over 11 years of experience in various multinational companies such as Toyota, Telkomsel, Citibank and also in highly respected consulting firms such as RSP Law Office and Purbadi & Associates. He was involved to handling disputes settlement in many types of industrial relations cases such as termination, lay of, union strike, internal fraud, disciplinary action, investigation etc. He is very familiar with the negotiation process between management and union due to Collective Labor Agreement and Bipartite Forum. He is passionate about managing conflicts and trying to resolve problems with legally and with humanity. He is also nominated by SWA Magazine as Indonesia HR Future Leader 2014.

Ripy Mangkoesoebroto

Ripy Mangkoesoebroto is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Indosat. She joined Indosat in November 2012, bringing over 18 years of experience in Human Resources across consumer goods, pharmaceutical and consulting industries of national and multinational organizations. She was most recently Chief Human Resources at AXA Indonesia, part of the AXA Group, one of the largest insurance companies in the world. Prior to AXA group, she was Human Resources Director at MSD Group, which is owned by Merck & Co, the second largest pharmaceutical company worldwide.
Ms. Mangkoesoebroto is a graduate from the faculty of Psychology of the University of Indonesia, with post-graduate MsC. in Education and Training System Design from the University of Twente, the Netherlands.

Aparna Kumar

Bernardus Irmanto

He previously served as Senior General Manager of Shared Services in the same company. Before Joining Vale, Bernardus has worked for other mining companies in Indonesia such as Newmont and Freeport. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Universitas Gadjah Mada (Gadjah Mada University) Yogyakarta, Indonesia, in 1997, and a Master's degree of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales Sydney, Australia, in 2002.

Widyarini Utami

She has wide experiences in human resources including Recruitment & Assessment, Culture & Values, Organization Development, Competency Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Remuneration & Performance Management, and Employee Communication & Industrial Relation. When working in BPPN/IBRA, she was involved in overseeing HR related functions of 38 banks which were undergoing restructuring during Indonesia’s economic crisis in 1998-2000. She also involved as main workstream team and did harmonization process including organization, grading and remuneration alignment during merging process of 2 banks between Niaga-Lippo in 2008 & UOB BUana-UOB Indonesia in 2011. Throughout her last 6 years career in UOB Indonesia, she served and liaised with various business & support unit as a business partner especially during the business transformation. On the other side, she actively developed an integrated HR platform for UOB including grading structure re-alignment, leadership competency development, talent acquisition strategy, organization development, career and talent management.

Herni Dian

Graduated from University of Indonesia, Magister in Human Resources Development, and Accounting Economic from Parahyangan University, Bandung, Herni Dian was born in Jakarta 40 years ago, has chosen to establish career in Human Resources. Her passion in Human Resources Development made her to be recognized by Carrefour Asia Zone as Management Trainee Program that first held and used as a reference in Carrefour Asia. This program was first launched in 2002. Retail Industry is not the new thing for her. She had been establishing her career in retail for more than 15 years with a start step as one of the Pioneer team for the opening of the first Carrefour Store at Cempaka Putih in 1998. 4 years later, she decided to take on a new challenge as Training & Development Manager. In a short time, she had been trusted to be a Store General Manager of Carrefour Ratu Plaza with around 500 employees, before held several other stores that included in Flag Ship Stores of Carrefour. Before being a Store General Manager, she was also assigned as Fresh Division Manager and Bazaar Division Manager.

In 2010, she was asked to join at Head Office and plays an important role, as a Strategic Project General Manager with responsibility for formulating Road Map of Carrefour Indonesia in the future. She also briefly joined the leading cosmetic company in Indonesia, The Body Shop, as Head of Retail Operations with 85 outlets throughout Indonesia. Besides that, she also had been in Guardian Health & Beauty, as Operations Directors, that responsible for more than 250 outlets in Indonesia, until finally she was entrusted to hold the position of Human Resources Director in PT. Carrefour Indonesia, which has transformed into PT. Trans Retail Indonesia.

Nanang Chalid

Nanang Chalid is a leadership and Organisation Development practitioner with breadth of exposure across the business via various HR Business Partnering roles (i.e. completed stints as HRBP for Marketing, Consumer & Market Insight, R&D, Sales/Customer Development, and Manufacturing/Supply Chain) within both national & regional scope of operations in emerging countries; particularly in major SEA markets of Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos.
