Nanang Chalid is a leadership and Organisation Development practitioner with breadth of exposure across the business via various HR Business Partnering roles (i.e. completed stints as HRBP for Marketing, Consumer & Market Insight, R&D, Sales/Customer Development, and Manufacturing/Supply Chain) within both national & regional scope of operations in emerging countries; particularly in major SEA markets of Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. He lead various initiatives and strategic actions across Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance Management , Organisation Development, Learning, Culture-building and Employee Engagement across the four countries He acted as internal consultant to VPHR for Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos on all subjects across Talent, Skill, Organisation and Culture. This included continuing the award winning strategic initiatives of T&O 2.0 as a build-up over successful T&O Thailand (2010-2011).
He is a distinguished subject matter expert in the subject of "best practices" in leading business turnaround through talent & organisation, HR project management, and fully-licensed facilitator for "7-Habits of Highly Effective People" workshop.
